Saturday was spent learning and schooling the course and allowing the girls to figure out their horses as this was their first time taking these two cross-country. It was a beautiful day although the winds were howling. The course flowed well but had some very tight turns and rollbacks to navigate.
Sunday both pairs competed. Nicole and Tebow (with this being only his second show!!) took home a 3rd place in Elem. B. And Katherine and CoCo walked away with a 2nd place in Elem. A.
Our goal for this show was just to get out, have fun and build confidence in these pairs so they can go on this year and compete together. Mission accomplished!
